For all those who have nominated for Regional Champs the list of nominations can be found here. Please check the details asap - by tomorrow at the latest, and if any changes are required please reply by return email.
The Championships are on in 2 weeks - weekend of 1 to 3 February. There is a competition at Windsor Park this coming Saturday 26 January and training is on tomorrow night Tuesday from 6pm and every Tuesday and Thursday each week until end of season.
