 The newsletter with the program for this Saturday can be found by clicking here.  We will be having high jump (scissors) and long jump training from 2pm with the main competition to start at 3pm. All athletes are encouraged to come down for training at 2pm.
 
Help from parents with set-up from 2pm would be greatly appreciated.

 
Bring a Friend Day

 
Saturday 15 October will be the Bring A Friend Day.   A corrected flyer can be found by clicking here is attached.  The previous flyer referred in one of the tickets to the day being 15 November rather than 15 October.

Aspley Pentathlon

The Aspley Pentathlon is Sunday 16 October 2011 from 9am at Bowden Park, Geebung.  Click here for the flyer.  You can register for this event this Saturday in the clubhouse.  A number of athletes have already registered.  Please note that  club uniform with number, age patch and IGA patch must be worn.  This is our first out of centre competition for the year and all athletes are encouraged to register.

Wet Weather

There is the threat of wet weather on Saturday.  Hopefully it is clear in the afternoon.  If in doubt ring 0418 621 654.
