We will be having High Jump training from 2pm this Saturday - all athletes are encouraged to attend from 2pm for this training. Coaches will be in attendance and we will do coaching in the scissors technique for the u11s and younger age groups and flop for those u12 and above.
 
We will then have our normal competition from 3pm and the event program is attached.  We will need a lot of parent help this Saturday so sign up on the Parent Roster to be an age marshall, place judge or to help at one of the events.

 
Bring A Friend Day - Saturday 15 October

We will be having our annual Bring a Friend Day on Saturday 15 October and details are in the newsletter and in the attached flyer.  All athletes who bring a friend go into a draw to win one of 6 exciting prizes.
