Regional Relays - Saturday 10 November
There is no competition at Windsor Park this weekend given the Regional Relays. We will be back at Windsor Park on Saturday 17 November starting at 2:30pm.
The list of athletes competing this Saturday at Relays and other information can be obtained by using the below links.
All athletes who have registered should check their events.
The first event for athletes will be either 8:30 or 9:30am - arrive no later than 1/2 hr prior to the first event - so 8am or 9am.

If anyone has any questions these can be answered at Training on Tues or Thurs or via email. Teams are determined based on best times of athletes.
Full club uniform, shirts and shorts, with age and number patch and IGA and Medbank badge must be worn. Skins can only be worn inside out. The use of spikes is limited so ensure you have regular running shoes as well as spikes. We will have the club tents - parents should bring chairs. It would take steady rain for the event to be cancelled.
