Saturday 3 November 2012 - Windsor Park - 2:30pm start
The program for this Saturday can be found here. The start time will be 2:30pm. We will be holding quite a few relay races this Saturday as the Regional Relay event is the following Saturday 10 November.
Senior Carnival/Junior Pentathlon
We have a small number of athletes competing this Sunday 4 Nov at the Snr Carnival Junior Pentathlon event. The list of athletes and events can be found here for those competing. Check your events against the program and ensure you are there well prior to the event as they can be called forward. Program is at the clubhouse and available at www.qlaa.asn.au.
Regional Relays.
The relay teams list will be at the club this Saturday. The event is next Saturday, the 10th of November at Bowden Park, Geebung. There will be no Saturday competition at Windsor on Saturday 10 November. All those competing in the relays should attend training as we will be undertaking some relay training over the coming 3 training sessions. The program for Regional Relays can be found here. The first events start at 8:30am.
Training - Tues and Thurs each week from 6pm
We will have a number of coaches in attendance this coming Thursday and Tuesday and as usual we will be rotating athletes through events. We will be giving athletes extra training in relays over the next 3 sessions.
Coaching Course - Possible date Sun 18 November
It is proposed that the coaching course be held on Sunday 18 November at Windsor Park from 9am. There is likely to be a fairly modest cost to parents who participate. It will encompass all of our Little Athletics events and is an excellent course - it will go through to the early afternoon - probably a 2:30pm finish. All those who are available on that day please email me with your availability. There has been a great deal of interest from parents to date.
