The program for this Saturday can be found here. The start time is 2:30pm. All Saturday competitions from now on up to end of the first half of the season in December will start with warm-up at 2:30pm.
Regional Relays - Saturday 10 November - Register This Saturday - Last chance to register
The Regional Relays is one of our biggest events for the first half of the season. It will be held on Saturday 10 November at Bowden Park, Geebung. We have started to take nominations and will do so on Saturday 27th of October but this will be the last chance to register.
The nominations close on Saturday 27 October. There will be no Saturday competitions at Windsor Park on the day of Regional Relays. Athletes can nominate in up to 3 field events and 2 running relays Athletes will be placed into at least 1 running relay. Athletes just need to nominate and they will be placed in teams. A program can be found here and further information will be at the club. The nomination fee is $10. All athletes should register if possible.
Again athletes just need to nominate by 27 October - we will place athletes into teams.

Training - Thursday 25 Oct and Tuesday 30 Oct
Training will be continuing each and every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6pm to 7:15pm. Each night we will train in a number of events and will rotate the athletes between events so that athletes should have exposure to most if not all events over a 3 to 4 week cycle.
