Aspley Pentathlon
The flyer for the Aspley Pentathlon to be held on Sunday 14 October the flyer can be found here. The deadline for signing up at our club is this Saturday although late registrations can be taken on the day of the event. All athletes are encouraged to attend this event and we have quite a few athletes already registered. This event provides athletes with a chance to compete against athletes from other clubs in a low pressure environment and to test the skills they have been developing during this first part of the season.
Training - tonight
Training is on tonight from 6pm at Windsor Park with a number of our coaches in attendance catering for all age groups.
