Long Jump Pit

We are putting in a new long jump pit, next to the existing, this Saturday morning from 7am.  We need parent helpers - please attend from 7am if you can.  It will take about 2 to 3 hours.
 

Training - Tonight

 
We have training tonight at Windsor Park from 6 to 7:15pm.  All athletes are encouraged to attend.  We will have field event and running training with a number of coaches in attendance.

Regional Relays - Sat 5 Nov - Redcliffe

There is no competition at Windsor Park on 5 Nov as we have the all day event - Regional Relays at Redcliffe. 

This starts at 8:30am and our teams managers will be giving further information about the event this coming Saturday.
