City North Little Athletics update for 27th September 2011

Tuesday night training is on tomorrow night 27 Sept from 6pm at Windsor Park.  We will go through to 7:15pm and all athletes are encouraged to attend.
 
We will be having running training and shot put training.  Athletes can choose the session that they wish to do.

Aspley Pentathlon - Sunday 16 October

Our first out of centre competition will be the Aspley Pentathlon on Sunday 16 October starting at 9am.  This is an all day event and full uniform must be worn including number on front, age patch and IGA patch on the sleeves.  Registration will close at the clubhouse at Windsor Park on Saturday 8 October although you can register on the day of the event up to 8am.  The cost is $10 to register.  We usually have a large number of athletes at this competition and all athletes are encourgaged to attend.  It is a very good opportunity for our younger athletes to compete outside the club.  Registration can take place at the clubhouse either on Tuesday nights or Saturday afternoons.
