Please click here for the newsletter for this Saturday's competition.  We will be starting at 3pm with the regular competition but we will be having long jump training from 2pm - one of our coaches will be in attendance and all athletes are encouraged to attend.  This training will conclude about 2:50pm and then the regular 5 event competition will commence.
 
We will need as much help as possible tomorrow with set-up, age marshalls and help at the events so if you can attend early and help out that would be greatly appreciated.
 
We will be competing throughout the holidays including training this coming Tuesday night.
